We’re launching more crowdfunding campaigns per day than any other platform in the world by focusing on what this space will look like in a mobile world. Tilt has raised funding from Andreessen Horowitz, SV Angel, Y-Combinator, and many of the smartest angel investors in the world.

We're seeking a passionate, motivated individual to grow within our iOS engineering team. You understand that speed is survival and are energized by collaborating with our exceptional UX/UI team to ship a beautiful, finished product. You thrive working cross-functionally and know that communication with design and development team members is crucial to successfully iterating on the app and providing a consistent user experience across our platforms.

* Architect and implement new, engaging, mobile experiences. * Maintain and improve our existing features. * Help us build out a great mobile team as we grow. * Work closely with our UX/Design/API teams. * Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Deep and intimate understanding of Objective-C/Swift/Cocoa. * Passion for iOS best practices and design patterns. * Strong familiarity with Git, XCode/AppCode, Instruments, etc. * Eagerness to collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers. * At least one app in the App Store and a public GitHub repository. **Pluses:** * Advanced experience with functional and unit testing. * Team leadership experience. * Social and/or financial apps experience.
