Grocery Stocker

Established in 1909, the Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA) is a cooperative of 110 dairy farming families guided by century-old values of quality, cooperation, integrity, stewardship and responsiveness. Since then, the farmer-owners of Tillamook have been committed to providing families with the most consistent, best tasting, highest quality dairy products made in the most natural way possible.

Tillamook County Creamery Association is seeking courteous, helpful, enthusiastic individuals with extraordinary guest service skills to fill vacancies in our fast-paced Visitors’ Center. We currently have an opening as a VC Grocery Stocker. You will work alongside our experienced team members to provide excellent guest service to the one million guests that visit us annually.

* Weighs and prices curd, random weight fish, meats and cheese * Unloads warehouse carts, stocks backroom shelves, sales floor, coolers and freezers with merchandise * Checks and rotates stock by sell date * Arranges merchandise on shelves with direction from cheese/grocery coordinator * Maintains and receives cheese in the Retail cage * Provides friendly and accurate customer service by assisting customers with questions, special request orders, selections and other general help * Supports other departments on as as-needed basis * Other duties as needed and assigned

**Education and Experience** * High school diploma or GED is preferred. Previous guest service experience is preferred. * Must be able to obtain Food Handler's Card within 30 days of hire. **Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** * Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and the general public. * Ability to communicate effectively. * Must be computer literate. * Must be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company. **Physical Requirements:** * Must be able to stand for full shift * Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis. * Must pass a pre-work physical capacity test.
