Technical Lead

- Tigerspike is looking for a Technical Lead to join our San Francisco team. You will be expected to lead the full software lifecycle for all San Francisco web-based projects, in addition to guiding technical scoping, design and implementation of web and application offerings to support Tigerspike’s business goals. - We want people who love being involved in challenging and completely innovative work. At Tigerspike we work with a wide variety of clients from numerous sectors including Retail, Media, Healthcare and Financial. We work at the cutting edge of technology and help our clients realize their ambitions by utilizing that technology.

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field - 5+ years of web/software development experience with a proficiency in .NET (v4.0 and above) including C#, MVC4+, Enterprise Library, WebServices, WCF and AWS - Solid front-end coding skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and AngularJS - Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable and readable code - 2+ years in a tech lead capacity with direct reports and/or mentorship with junior developers - Ability to take the lead on projects with strong communication and ability to be client facing is key - Drive standards, process and development best practices within the development team - Have the following personal attributes: integrity, trust and personal credibility; be a clear communicator; an ambitious self starter; hungry for results and show perseverance; a good listener; customer oriented; comfortable amongst higher management levels; strong interpersonal skills; someone who can influence and guide others easily; and well organized with clear attention to detail
