Real Estate Analyst

TH Real Estate is seeking to add an Analyst to the Investments team to support the team in all commercial real estate investment activities in three regions. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate toNewport Beach, CA, Boston, MA or Washington, DC.

• Support Acquisition Officers and Asset Managers in the acquisition, financing, asset management, and sales of commercial real estate properties.
• Perform analysis and underwriting on potential acquisitions.
• Support Acquisition Officers in the due diligence and closing of awarded transactions.
• Assist Asset Managers in lease evaluation, credit analysis, and property operations.
• Contribute to investment memorandums, asset business plans, and budgets.
• Perform ongoing market and property specific research.
• Participate in industry events to gain industry knowledge, network with industry peers, and increase the team’s presence in the market.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Real Estate. Other degrees considered; dependent on experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
