The ideal candidate will enjoy setting aggressive goals, thrive in a fast moving environment and be accountable for delivering results. - In this role, you will also develop and coach our business development team to ensure effective execution of business cultivation activities and successful prospect/client journeys.

- Bachelor’s degree related to Business, Marketing or Business Communications; Master’s degree preferred. - Ten or more years of related experience, preferably working in a corporate Professional Services firm environment in the areas of marketing, communication and/or public relations. - Wealth management or financial industry experience a significant plus. **You will be well versed in these areas:*** - Strategic and tactical marketing, communications and social media - Management of processes that help grow a business and cultivate valuable relationships - Deep knowledge of the sales process and how the marketing discipline drives and supports it - Familiarity with consultative selling - Management and delivery against business objectives - Budget management - Effective people management - Community building and peer event design and management - Knowledge of financial compliance and legal review processes
