Front End Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager

The Front End Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for:
- Front End Management of a busy seasonal restaurant serving breakfast and dinner
- Hiring, mentoring and training front end staff
- Training and supervising the handling of all food and beverage service
- Effectively working with and directing other employees while under pressure
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Help maintaining food and kitchen safety and sanitation
- Must have the patience and personality to work with and oversee employees from different backgrounds and levels of experience
- Scheduling employees to maintain established front end labor percentages
- Working closely with and supporting the Executive Chef/Restaurant Manager
- Providing a pleasant atmosphere for employees and customers
- Maintaining a fair and equitable working relationship with employees
- Working with and correlating between the restaurant, lodge, and lounge
We are looking for a high caliber individual with strong personality and honest character to help lead our restaurant. The ability to motivate and develop staff through example and respective training is a must!
Day / Night Servers Experience required.
