Infrastructure Lead Operations

**Who You Are:** A hands-on IT professional experienced in cloud environments. You want to work with a diverse group of engineers and technicians from vendors, technology partners and internal business divisions to ensure optimal operations for our technology infrastructure. You’ll own the architecture, design and operation of company technology infrastructure environments, including computing, storage and network resources on premise in TPCo facilities as well as cloud environments with Amazon AWS and MS Azure.

**What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:** 1. Reporting to the CTO you will provide technical direction to and oversee the day-to-day activities of engineers and technicians from technology partners and vendors in the maintenance, support and refactoring of TPCo on­ premise and cloud infrastructure environments. * Provide expert infrastructure advice and consulting as needed to business unit technology departments. * Manage the provisioning and operation of infrastructure resources both on premise and in cloud environments. * Manage relationships with infrastructure technology vendors and partners. * Perform hands-on infrastructure and systems engineering and administration tasks as required. 2. Own and operate infrastructure monitoring and notification systems, and ensure they are deployed and operated so as to provide timely and effective information about infrastructure events and problems. * Own the documentation for infrastructure systems, processes and procedures * Ensure that this information is up to date and accessible for stakeholders. 3. Articulate and manage to infrastructure SLAs, including responsibility for infrastructure stakeholder value satisfaction. 4. Participate in the IT leadership team and serve as an expert adviser to the CTO on technology infrastructure topics. * Articulate strategic infrastructure vision and roadmap. * Analyze infrastructure operational data and develop key metrics and reporting to drive technology decisions. * Oversee and administer budget and expense tracking for IT infrastructure.

**What Experience and Qualifications You’ll Need:** • Minimum of 8 years experience in systems engineering and infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline.. • Deep experience with Amazon AWS cloud infrastructure architecture and operations • Knowledge of cloud based technologies and tools, overall systems integration experience, operational workflow engineering. • Experience with vendor tool selections and maintenance. Ability to manage large-scale projects involving different business partners and technology groups, as well as being able to manage multiple concurrent tasks. • Proven ability to develop and communicate strategic vision and align tactical plans and delivery against the communicated vision. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
