Performance Reporting Analyst

* Develop and improve data management tools while ensuring their accuracy: * Develop New Data Management Tools: Understands end-to-end data processes and flows, using that knowledge to create and maintain data management and reporting solutions in a call center environment. * Improve Existing Data Management Tools: Identifies and develops process improvements in relation to data integrity, quality, availability, and ease of use. * Ensure Accuracy of Data Management Tools: Ensures data integrity and compliance by performing data validation and/or data cleansing. Performs root-cause analysis on data related system problems and recommends or executes corrective action. * Provides business processes and support to end users. * Generates reports, analyzes trends found in data, and makes recommendations. * Explains complex information in an easy to understand manner. * Perform other duties, related to job role, as assigned or requested.

**Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent working experience. * 2+ years data management and analysis experience. * Proficient in Microsoft Access, SQL, and Excel. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. **Desired Qualifications:** * Proficient in Cognos, SharePoint, and .NET. * 1 year or more experience in a Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, and/or Supply Chain Environment. * 1 year or more experience in Call Center Operations using Verint, Avaya, or equivalent software. * Multi-lingual (French, German, and/or Spanish).
