Our Company

The UIS Group, Inc. will celebrate its 30th anniversary next year. While it operated under its trade name of Underwriters Information Service, the company used to separate its services through various affiliated entities. UIS, LLC, Mutual Insurance Reporting Service, LLC, A+C Reporting Service, LLC, Specialty Insurance Reporting Service, LLC and E+S Reporting Service, LLC. Founded by Ernie Jarvis, Walt Paulekas took over as President due to Ernie’s untimely passing in 2005. As his first act, he appointed Ken Guralnick as the Chief Executive Officer due to his expertise and experience as an institutional level consumer and provider of loss control services. Through their leadership, the company has streamlined, automated and expanded its operations. Now located on I-91 between Hartford and Bradley International Airport, The UIS Group, Inc. finds itself benefitting from new offices, equipment and custom built software. The UIS Group, Inc. prides itself by producing an accurate product in a timely manner in a format customized to the customer. All reports are not only prepared by its experienced field staff, but are reviewed a second time by the Quality Assurance Team before transmittal to the customer. It looks forward to growing with its clients without compromise to service.
