Solutions Engineer

• Provides technical direction and leadership for the design of highly complex and enterprise-scale solutions
• Leads discussions on design approaches to solve visible, strategic, and complex problems.
• Provides technical subject matter expertise and best practice insight relevant to our solutions
• Authors sizing and detailed estimates for highly complex solutions
• Publishes and maintains design best practice methodologies and standards
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Project Managers to secure and implement solutions across multiple domains
• In-depth analysis of solutions and technical feasibility as well as maturity of solutions across multiple domains
• Creation of technical design and build documentation that define how the functional requirements will be technically enabled
• Implementation of network and application security solutions in development and test environments
• Special projects as assigned.

• 10-15 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, including data modeling and warehousing
• Extensive experience interpreting functional needs and writing solution designs for highly complex & sophisticated enterprise level systems
• Broad exposure to packaged applications and technological requirements necessary to deploy enterprise scale solutions
• Strong consulting, leading, and mentoring skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and written communication skills to frequently interact with all levels of the organization
• Expert knowledge of system development life cycle methodology
