Senior Financial Analyst, Global Payments

Performs complex financial and operational analyses in all areas of consumer payments. This position helps establish and execute a TJX payments strategy, manages the TJX check acceptance program, and provides logistical support to the Store Operations field team for the TJX Rewards credit card program. Serves as a liaison to Customer Service on payment related customer escalations. Monitors, analyzes, and reports on financial performances. Identifies and assists in the resolution of profit problems and opportunities.

• Supports the TJX Rewards private label and co-branded credit card program
• Manages the check acceptance program and the business relationship with the third party check authorization services provider
• Performs complex financial and operational analyses to identify profit and challenges
• Works with internal departments and outside vendors to obtain necessary data for comprehensive payments related analysis.
• Special Projects as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting,
• 5-10 years of relevant job experience.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial analysis techniques and accounting.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good writing skills.
