Occupational Health Nurse

We currently are seeking an Occupational Health Nurse for our new Distribution Center located in Phoenix, AZ.

* Compliance with state, local and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules and regulations. * Manage the worker's compensation expenses through the development, implementation and maintenance of medical management programs within the distribution center. * Reviews all first reports of injury; ensures that appropriate reports are distributed. * Communicates and maintains working relationship with Associates, medical providers, treating physicians, insurance carriers and corporate partners. * Conducts specific medical evaluations, drug tests and post-job offer health assessments. * Responsible for case management of all medical leaves. * Supports Safety and Wellness programs.

* BS Degree in Nursing, LPNs will be considered * Minimum of 3 plus years Occupational Health experience in a Distribution or Manufacturing setting * Bilingual in English and Spanish * Strong knowledge of occupational health principles * Prior experience managing worker's compensation, medical leave cases and wellness programs * Must be certified in CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens * Excellent communication skills
