Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible to provide advice, assistance and follow-up on Company policies, procedures and documentation. This position will be considered the lead HR Generalist for the belt group.
Responsibilities
* Business partnering with employees and pay managers * Performance management (goals, interim reviews, performance assesments) * Talent Management & Succession Planning for the business * Associate Relations (girevance, disciplinary actions, compliance) & Labor Relations for bargaining unit * HRIS and workforce reporting, headcount and data analysis * Benefits Administration * Support to multiple facilities. The position will require some travel between the facilities.
Ideal Candidate
BS in Human Resources Management, knowledgeable of employment laws and practices, minimum of 3-5 years in HR Administration; preferred PHR or SPHR certification with experience in a labor environment helpful. Must be a self-starter with good development and facilitation skills; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be fluid in verbal and written communications and presentations.
