Shipping and Receiving Manager

We are currently looking for a Shipping and Receiving Manager to manage our kit fulfillment and shipping/receiving.

* Navigate our multi-faceted online Business Center which includes monitoring and scheduling orders to coordinate shipments to and from our offices and/or our fulfillment center. * Ensure that inventory is sufficient * Ensure accurate reporting of orders shipped, inventory reserves and foreign inventory rollovers. * Reconcile all shipments with the accounting team. **Shipping / Receiving:** * Subject matter expert on shipping vendors (Optima, FedEx and UPS) to include the most efficient and cost effective shipping methods. * Ensure all shipments are delivered on time, with the right resources. * Troubleshoot delivery issues with Optima, FedEx, or UPS * Distribute all incoming packages and mail for our corporate office. **Inventory** * Periodically audit inventory at all four locations (Corporate HQ, Optima, Watson & Leed’s) including assemblies, transfers and adjustments * Order, maintain and receive inventory– creating Purchase Orders when needed * Reconcile receipts – UPS/Optima/W.B Mason/Crown Coffee * Maintain inventory levels of & kitchen and office supplies

* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and with a team * Excellent Excel, time management, and organizational skills * Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills * Team player * Proven track record in inventory management * Understanding of UPS Worldship * Ability to understand and work with data and reports
