Responsibilities
- This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting OSA’s programs and services, will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, and OSA’s senior management team to create, implement and monitor assigned marketing programs, which includes the determination of the: marketing strategy; target audience; appropriate communication channels; marketing materials; and the goals for the marketing campaigns and relevant metrics. - The candidate will develop processes and action items to determine and implement the strategy for all assigned marketing campaigns. In addition, the incumbent develops, coordinates, administers, and maintains OSA’s promotional, branding, and social media. - The incumbent will partner with stakeholders on video content, and provide marketing services to program staff, as well as the development of competitive analyses, new audience prospecting, global marketing, all web content and communications delivery systems to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of these activities in support of OSA’s strategies. - The incumbent excels in new media, creative, message development and branding to build attention-getting, brand-reinforcing creative, relevant messaging and state-of-the-art marketing content. - This individual partners with internal and interdepartmental coordination with marketing efforts as well as assigned vendor management in the execution of marketing programs. - One of the primary responsibilities of this role is to build and execute marketing strategies which will increase sales for existing and new customers and position the business for continued growth by strategically enhancing its entry in current and new market segments. - This is a hands-on position, the person in this role needs to balance strategic and tactical activities and have primary responsibility for their implementation. - Additionally, this person will participate in the development of plans to support brand strategy, and tactics, as well as, facilitation and communication with various departments.
Ideal Candidate
- The successful candidate must have exemplary presentation, writing, and editing skills. - Strong verbal communications skills and understanding of how to properly interact with various external customers is essential. - The candidate should have experience working in a global environment, strategic and analytical skills, strong understanding of market analysis, ability to use different influencing styles to achieve end goal, and ability to effectively and professionally communicate with, present to and liaise with multiple organization levels, cross-divisional and external support. - Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and independently is required. - MBA or advanced business degree required, along with 7 years of working experience.
