Assistant Residential Director

May Institute is a nonprofit organization that provides educational, rehabilitative, and behavioral healthcare services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, brain injury, and behavioral health needs. The Institute also provides training and consultation services to professionals, organizations, and public school systems.

* Ensure that residences meet all regulatory and procedural standards * Assist the Residential Director in the direct oversight of the residential programs * Supervise the Program Coordinators * Oversee site maintenance and appearances * Assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance management * Work collaboratively with multiple teams and families * Share on-call responsibilities * Work with supervisors to ensure small & large events are planned and implemented * Complete monthly Quality Improvement audits for all residences

* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred * Previous supervisory experience required * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience
