* Assist in data mining efforts * Analyze and summarize text data * Development of infographics using Highcharts JS, Shiny (R), Tableau or other approaches * Front-end web development using HTML5, Knockout/Angular JS and Bootstrap CSS framework * Programming algorithms in SAS, R, Python, JMP or C#/C++ * Assisting members of the department with data science tasks

* Currently enrolled in a BS or MS data analytics (or equivalent) program * Excellent programming skills with the ability to learn new methods quickly * Exposure to database systems and the ability to efficiently manipulate complex data * Coursework in statistical modeling and data mining methods * Exposure to visualization methods * Ability to interact effectively with application developers and statisticians * Added Plus: Experience in text mining
