Summary
Looking for a self-motivated, top-performing ‘rock-star’ Senior Java Programmer to join an existing group of A-players.
Responsibilities
* Join an existing team to design and develop our video acceleration and optimization products.
* Collaboratively work with other developers in solving complex problems.
* Developing high performing resilient services within a micro-services based architecture.
* Support our QA team by troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to issues.
* Contribute to further automate and improve our continuous delivery pipeline.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 5+ years of java experience.
* Familiar with agile development methodologies.
* Strong focus on object oriented programming, with excellent design skills.
* Familiar with most of our tech stack: Spring Framework, RESTful services, micro-services, CoreOS, Docker, RabbitMQ, STOMP, webSockets, Git, Postgres, Mongo, UDP/UDT, JUnit.
* Experience of creating high performing, low latency, resilient distributed systems.
* Prior experience of video transcoding solutions a strong plus.
* BA/BS preferred.
