Our client is currently seeking a MIG WELDER.

* Fabrication of steel sheet and plate assemblies using MIG welding process. * Welds must be high quality. * All staff cross-train to perform a wide range of processes and typically work in a team environment. * Performs free-hand MIG welding * Performs plasma cutting steel * Performs cutting and deburring of metal using cut-off saws, grinders and other tools * Operates material handling equipment * Performs other manufacturing processes as required

* High school degree or equivalent * Ability to interpret shop blueprints * Ability to use shop measuring tools * Minimum 2+ years experience welding in a manufacturing environment * Will be required to pass skills test for this position * Works with minimal supervision * Self starter * Learns, understands and is able to implement all practices * 1st shift w/occasional overtime required
