Supervisor, Technical (Maintenance)

• Responsible for all production maintenance related activity on production lines, support equipment, and plant infrastructure during the shift.
• Responsible for leadership of technicians and operators including coordinating activities, training, providing feedback, and ensuring employee safety.
• Communicate and provide maintenance support to other departments and coordinate maintenance activities in other departments.

• Prefer excellent all-around maintenance skills and experience in areas such as industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission, and fluid piping systems.
• Prefer good computer skills including computerized maintenance management systems, working knowledge of MS Office applications, and PLCs. Must have good troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Must have experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and be able to handle many responsibilities
• Must be highly motivated and a proven and effective leader
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent follow-up capabilities
• Ability and willingness to support an off shift when needed.
• Would prefer someone that can troubleshoot PLC systems, Siemens a plus.
