Senior Financial Operations Analyst

The Judge group is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a manufacturing plant located in Florida. The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Financial Department.

* Conducts analyses and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, and other financial related matters. * Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in manufacturing, distribution, sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas. * Performs a variety of necessary tasks for all assignments including preparing work plan and schedule, completing detailed analysis and research, identifying options, preparing reports for management, and recommending action or change based on findings. * Will manage the department and lead employees. Provides assistance to departments in the formulation of their budgets. * Reviews departmental actual expenses versus budgeted expenses and issues monthly variance statements. * Assists in the development of financial reporting systems and procedures and performance measures. * Perform detailed analyses to identify, analyze, understand, and monitor the Company’s key performance indicators

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required * CPA and/or MBA, a plus * A minimum of 5 years of financial experience required in manufacturing * Strong technical/strategic/analytical knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
