Quality Technician

* Responsible for coordinating the Quality Assurance inspection and monitoring functions within the plant to assure compliance with Company and Regulatory Policies, procedures, and specifications * Assesses non-compliant and non-conforming issues to determine causes and propose solutions to prevent recurrence. * Proactively engages with Production and Quality Management staff to problem solve issues and identify preventative measures to mitigate/eliminate future issues.

* College degree or equivalent * 3-5 years experience in a quality role in processing environment * Working knowledge of GMP programs * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * Strong oral,and written communication along with presentation skills * Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills * Able to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong conflict resolution skills
