Summary
A growing food company located Houston, TX is currently searching for a Quality Assurance Manager.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for providing Quality Assurance expertise, direction and support in the manufacture of new and existing products. In the absence of the QA manager the QA Supervisor will fill in and assume all responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in food science, agriculture, or related field REQUIRED
* -5+ years minimum experience in QA Management
* Must have strong experience in HACCP and Allergens
* HACCP certification is REQUIRED
* SQF Practitioner strongly PREFERRED
* Knowledge of product commercialization process, quality and food safety systems
* Must have strong leadership skills
