Large food manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager for a large food manufacturing facility in Georgia.

• Plant Manager level experience running a large (1000+ employee) food manufacturing plant
• LEAN manufacturing, process improvements experience

• Poultry experience
• 10+ years progressive experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Bachelors Degree or higher preferred
• Bachelor's Degree (MBA a plus)
• 7 or more years of experience in operations with a large company (perhaps several hundred million or larger
