Large food manufacturer is seeking a Plant Manager for a large food manufacturing facility in Georgia.

* Plant Manager level experience running a large (1000+ employee) food manufacturing plant * LEAN manufacturing, process improvements experience

* Poultry experience * 10+ years progressive experience in the food manufacturing industry * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus * Bachelors Degree or higher preferred * Bachelor's Degree (MBA a plus) * 7 or more years of experience in operations with a large company (perhaps several hundred million or larger
