Manager of Global Quality

Our client is currently seeking a Manager of Global Quality in Danboro, PA!

• We are looking for candidates that have experience with global experience.
• Would like them to have experience with AS9100 (Aerospace), ISO/TS1649 (Automotive) quality systems.
• We would need the candidates that have experience leading audits of the quality systems and have experience with handling audits from outside auditors.
• Experience with investigating quality issues and developing root cause analysis to determine cause and implementing corrective actions.
• Looking for someone that can maintain consistency in quality standards across the organization.

• This position is responsible for leading and directing the Corporate Quality Control System.

• It requires a self-motivated individual that can work with customers and internal quality teams to address quality problems, manage improvement projects and collect, track and report metrics.
• This individual should be open minded of ideas and suggestions while being firm in presenting their own ideas when faced with difficult customers or internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and patience are required as well as a willingness to travel for face-to-face discussions as necessary often with minimal notice.
