Information Technology Director

**SDLC:** * Participate in scope definition and estimation of time and costs associated with technology related business opportunities to include internal and partner applications and infrastructure * Create and own functional and design specifications for new and/or enhanced system development for interfaces * Manage and guide direction of development teams to build, maintain and support a web store platform that will be utilized by all markets * Work with key members of the management team to define and drive technical strategy and architectural direction for Oracle ATG-based eCommerce platform **Project Management:** * Champion SDLC and Project Management Framework while working with business partners on ecommerce projects * Execute and deliver complex, large-scale transformational ecommerce initiatives and projects * Ensure projects are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner while incorporating effective change and risk management controls **Vendor Management:** * Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors integrated with and indirectly sharing data through our web store development partner, as well as those 3rd party vendors directly integrating with applications and infrastructure as they relate to ecommerce processes * Coordinate, manage and be held accountable for all work assigned to our website development partner and any other 3rd party vendor partner * Work closely with website development partner technology team to understand and manage their project and work plans relative to addressing business requirements * Assess, delegate, manage and review activities and deliverable of off-shore resources **Strategy:** * Identify, develop, and drive strategic improvement initiatives involving functionality improvements, innovation solutions, and development and implementation methodologies * Partner with your department and business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, to identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria * Presents clear options to senior leaders, articulating the necessary resources (time, money and staff) required to achieve project goals. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field * 12+ years overall professional experience * 6+ years of IT leadership experience managing several technical resources to include internal and vendor partners * 5+ years Project Management experience * 3+ years of experience with Oracle ATG retail web implementation * 3+ years of experience with industry standard integration technologies (e.g. WebSphere) * Proven record of delivering and leading complex ecommerce projects in a global environment * Demonstrate the ability to lead and coach others while driving large-scale transformation ecommerce initiative and projects. * Working knowledge of web technologies (AJAX, JS, .NET, Java, XML, Flash, HTML, HTML5, CSS), web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components. * Strong understanding of Software Development Life cycle (SDLC), web platform knowledge a plus. * Must have experience planning and implementing systems integration and development projects. * Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills necessary to communicate, and persuade, a wide range of audiences * Preferred previous experience working directly with or in a consultative role with an ecommerce organization and working in or with international deployments * Should be highly collaborative and comfortable with both high-level planning and tactical execution * Must be a relationship builder capable of influencing and collaborating in a partner intensive environment
