Responsibilities

Process and post invoices from suppliers using our client's ERP system
Process monthly wire payments
Process Employee Expense Reports
Monitor Invoices
Reconcile bank accounts with ERP transactions

Ideal Candidate

High School Diploma required
Experience working with ERP softare (SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, Etc.) required
2+ years of recent experience working with Accounts Payable
Excellent Microsoft Excel abilities
