Senior Mobile Designer

• Lead the design effort and rebrand of our health and lifestyle apps and websites
• Work within the Honest brand style guide to integrate the look and feel across all our health and lifestyle apps
• Collaborate with engineers to communicate pixel-perfect mocks and make sure they are executed flawlessly
• Partner with other designers in Santa Monica to maintain design consistency and coherence across all products and platforms
• Contribute to product strategy and work with Product Managers to help identify impactful design opportunities
• Own and maintain the product style guide for each app
• Thrive in a startup culture where you’re comfortable doing whatever it takes to get things done

• 5-7 years of visual design and UI experience
• Deep portfolio of work, including multiple projects you have lead, specifically native mobile apps design
• Strong understanding of iOS HCI and Material Design
• Experience designing for high traction, feature rich apps with deep engagement and large user bases.
• Ability to move fluidly between user experience design and visual design
• Strong mobile experience (both mobile web and app)
• The ability to seamlessly balance long term projects with daily design needs
