Business Analysts - Fiserv Relationship Pricing and Analysis Experience

The Business Analyst must understand a client’s need to leverage overall customer relationships to determine the cost of services and profitability, and understand the concept of adjusting fee structures and offering incentives based on customer relationships. The Business Analyst must be experienced on the Relationship Pricing and Analysis module in Fiserv’s Signature software and understand how the software is designed to manage the pricing of customer relationships.

* Liaison between the business and development teams to track and report status of the system * Gathering and writing business and/or functional requirements as they pertain to the needs of the business unit * Hold sessions with project team to build business/functional requirements documentation * Analysis of customer requests for system modifications * Communicate the most effective way to utilize the system to satisfy business requirements, which may be a combination of both standard and/or custom functionality * Utilize business/functional requirements to develop and execute test plans/scripts

* Understand the definition and configurations of the Relationship Pricing and Analysis module * Understanding of designing pricing options based on the customer relationship * Ability to process and interpret complex and large volumes of data from different sources and generate results aligned with business objectives * Professional self-starter, who works independently, and understands a sense of urgency when working to bring solutions to clients * Understands the process of troubleshooting software systems * Ability to interact with internal and external customers at various levels * Technical aptitude, a plus * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent job related experience.
