The DAVIS Companies has partnered with a leader and primary trend setter in the contract manufacturing industry by helping them secure a Quality Inspector to join their team. This is a 1st shift opportunity with a tremendous organization.

• Primary duty is inspection of tight tolerance parts per blue print and sample plan for in-process inspection. Candidate must have Blue print understanding.
• Individual must have experience using inspection tools (i.e. micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, thread gauges, plug gauges, comparators etc.)
• Experience programming and/or running OGP (vision system) is a plus.
• Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Candidate needs to be self-motivated team player with excellent work ethic.
• Needs to feel comfortable asking questions about quality criteria with experience creating and modifying Word/Excel docs for inspection methods etc.
• Needs to maintain compliance with company’s ISO certified procedures and practices.
• Maintain clean and organized work environment.
