The Dessert Finisher or Espresso Beverage Maker ensures that guests are greeted warmly upon entry, shares descriptions about our many dessert selections, and prepares our delicious cheesecake, dessert and coffee selections for each guest’s order. Additionally, this person performs housekeeping duties such as cleaning and maintaining the bakery area and equipment.

• 6 months customer service or guest service experience preferred.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English reading and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Must be able to work quickly in a confined area and stand for extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of weights, measurements and volume.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed.
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (freezers and walk-in refrigerators).
• Continuous use of hands and arms.
• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting.
