Annual Giving Specialist

Texas Health Resources is one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health care delivery systems in the United States and the largest in North Texas in terms of patients served. The system's primary service area consists of 16 counties in north central Texas, home to more than 6.2 million people.

* This position offices at the Texas Health Resources Foundation office in Arlington, Texas. There will be required travel for meetings with donors within the said region in addition to the THHEB, THAL, and THAM hospitals. * The Annual Giving Specialist will be responsible for the annual giving fundraising activities specific to the Mid-Cities region which includes Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospitals located at Hurst-Euless-Bedford (THHEB) and Alliance (THAL) as well as Texas Health Arlington Memorial (THAM). * This position will cultivate key relationships for potential annual gifts through grateful patient hospital visits, affinity group members, special event attendees, donors from direct mail programs, involvement in hospital volunteer activities, as well as other engagement strategies. * The Annual Giving Specialist will oversee all aspects of the development process with respect to annual donors including prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and one-on-one meetings.

- High School diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) - Minimum of 2 years of experience in fund development positions, with preference for direct fund solicitation experience.
