Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting

Performs a variety of moderately complex accounting consolidation and financial statement preparation activities for all entities in accordance with policies, principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepares and/or reviews consolidating financial statement schedules used for guarantor financial information presentation in SEC filings. - Prepares analysis and financial reports and statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, stockholders' equity statements, cash flow statements, variance analysis, regulatory reports and filings. - Collects, compiles, analyzes, and verifies financial data to ensure the integrity of accounting records. Investigates and resolves discrepancies. - Prepares analysis and schedules in support of financial statements. - Monitors journal entries and other financial transactions, maintains general ledger, and reconciles accounts to financial statements. - May document, update, and maintain internal procedures or work on special projects. - Serves as a resource to less experienced accountants. - Prepares schedules for internal groups and external auditors.

- Minimum undergraduate degree in accounting or related field required. - Minimum 3 years accounting, audit or related experience in accounting consolidations and financial statement preparation for moderately complex entity structures.
