Commercial Branch Sales Manager

Terminix is the leading provider of termite and pest control services in the United States. Headquartered in Memphis, Tenn.

Trains and supports the Commercial Sales Professionals through direct interaction in the field. Monitors daily sales performance and makes necessary adjustments to achieve sales budgets. Assists Branch Manager in attaining all commercial sales goals and branch commercial revenue objectives. Monitors and ensures compliance with all company sales policies in the assigned branch.

• Trains, coaches, and provides support for Commercial Sales Professionals in the field.

• Develops sales strategies to meet and exceed commercial sales goals.

• Works in conjunction with Talent Acquisition and HR Support in recruiting, hiring, and training new Commercial Sales Professionals.

• Plans and conducts on-going training for sales personnel in customer service skills, selling technique and safety policies and procedures.

• Develops, implements and maintains performance standards, measurements, and corrective devices through which approved plans and goals are accomplished within the sales organization

• Improves Commercial Sales Professionals’ productivity and sales skills.

• Ability to recruit and develop Commercial Sales Professionals

• Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data

• Ability to read and understand a Profit and Loss statement

• Ability to read and understand Payroll reports

• Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies

• Demonstrated knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services required

• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, specialists, customers and the general public
