Summary
In this key creative position, you will have the opportunity to use your exceptional design skills to work on everything from broadcast to print to social media to internal promotions. You will do it all! Working under the direction of the Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, you will produce amazing creative that’s effective for our clients. At Ten Adams our vertical is healthcare. And we are looking for a Senior Art Director who will bring a fresh perspective to serving our healthcare clients. Success in this role requires understanding the end-goal, producing creative that is amazing as well as on-time and budget, and executing daily at the highest level. You will be challenged to push boundaries, implement new ideas and collaboratively work with a highly-skilled group of creative professionals.
Responsibilities
* Work in support of the creative director to execute both short-term and long-term creative strategies. * Consult with creative and account team members to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency and that project objectives are met. * Formulate concepts and execute designs for traditional and digital mediums. * Attend creative input meetings to develop creative strategies and implement all creative requirements including copy, layout, illustrations, final art and photography. * Provide art direction on photo shoots and film shoots, including pre- and post-production. * Be familiar with client graphic standards, when applicable, and confirm they are being followed for all projects.
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 7 years of agency experience. * Ability to execute high quality integrated communications against strategic business objectives. * Exceptional design skills along with the ability to think conceptually and strategically. * Formal design training and proficiency with Macintosh computers and programs including Adobe Creative Suite and other desktop publishing programs. Television and/or web experience a plus. * Ability to successfully direct a multidisciplinary team to produce projects, including photographers, producers, printers and freelancers. * Must be able to articulate and sell a creative idea with enthusiasm and knowledge. * Ability to see the big picture while paying attention to the details. * Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time.
