Senior Electrical Engineer

This position will be the lead for this discipline. In that role the engineer will lead engineering tasks such as design, implementation, testing, and documentation.

* Lead the hardware effort as part of a product development team including: * Design (Architecture and Electrical Design) * Hardware design documentation * Hardware design implementation * Engineering studies and testing * Technical interface to other departments * Selection of hardware components, tools and procedures including hardware choices based on software needs * Lead Hardware group as part of a technical team through all product design and development life cycle phases to help ensure product quality, manufacturability, reliability and cost effectiveness. * Work/Lead as assigned by management to investigate NCs, CAPAs and Complaints to determine any issues. * Lead creation of documentation associated with engineering activities including: * Design and Development Plans * Requirements and Specifications * Design Documentation * Engineering Studies * Manage technical projects as project lead as assigned by management. In this role the Senior Engineer may lead a product development project effort with a multi-disciplinary team from start to finish. * Be a major contributor and/or owner of the hardware development process within the organization. This includes developmen of procedures and work instructions for hardware development, selection and implementation of development tools and techniques.

* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or Biomedical Engineering with Electrical focus). * Strong skill level in engineering principles (Design, Implementation, Documentation, Troubleshooting). * Masters of Science in Related Field (Electrical, Biomedical or Systems) or equivalent experience
