A small to medium size advertising company specializing in music is looking for a Telecom PBX Installer to work at various locations thru the Northeast. (Washington DC to New Jersey).

• Installing audio equipment at customer premises across New York, Toronto and the rest of the USA.
• Configuring and upgrading equipment to ensure the effective delivery of professional audio branding services.
• Responding to any faults and issues in a reactive and professional manner.
• Providing scheduled and reactive maintenance services.
• Liaising closely with telecoms maintainers and internal support teams based in the UK, including making periodic visits.
• Providing specialist technical advice to staff from across the business.

• A minimum of 5 years experience working with PBX telephone systems as a Field Telecoms Engineer.
• Practical knowledge of a wide range of on-site and cloud-based telephone PBX systems, including all aspects of physical data communication infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a B2B or service-provision environment.
• Committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
