Systems Administrator

Our client, a lage advertising/media firm in NYC, is looking for a Systems Administrator to assist in the design, deployment and maintenance of IT systems.

* Evaluate and modify system performance, analyze and isolate issues, identify user needs and provide feedback on systems effectiveness * Liase with key and end-users to understand issues * Liase with personnel on environment and infrastructure issues and needs. * Assist with ERP environment installation, maintenance, and documentation

**Technical Requirements:** * 6 years minimum experience working within Microsoft corporate infrastructures * Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory * Experience supporting IT Operations in a 24/7 highly available environment * Experience with Microsoft SQL server * Basic understanding of DB structure, security, and user securityExperience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 a plus * Network routing experience a plus **Knowledge** * High proficiency in the use of personal computer and networking software, hardware, computer maintenance, automated installation tools, and related equipment * The ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and cooperatively resolve with vendors and end users * Experience creating IT documentation as well as good general communication skills, both oral and written * ERP system configuration and administration experience a plus **Education and Requirements** * Bachelor's degree, or equivalent technical qualification
