- Object-Oriented Language experience: C#, C++ or Java - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience - Ability to create, innovate, discover new concepts and designs - Ability to work in a team environment to deliver robust technology in a timely manner Desired - C# experience - Mature skills and understanding of successful coding practices in team environments. - Enterprise or n-tier system architecture experience - Exposure to SOA principles - Experience with Agile and similar process methodologies
