• Process and create accounts for new employees
• Maintain employee profiles and access to various applications within our environment
• Remove employee accounts
• Providing Customer Service with timely results
• Create/update documentation for processing and maintaining customer accounts
• Analyze requests to ensure appropriate approval and authorization has been provided
• Accurately record and document relevant details while fulfilling customer requests and appropriately communicate resolution to the customer

• Base knowledge of current desktop operating systems, Active Directory, LDAP and Putty
• Ticketing tool knowledge
• Mainframe experience
• Skilled at time management, strong written and verbal communication
• Work independently to get job completed in a timely manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work and build relationships with other teams
