The Digital Campaign Lead is a creatively-­minded development lead that brings digital campaigns to life through advertising including emails, banners and rich media ads.

• From project intake, coding, QC through deployment, the Digital Campaign Lead will collaborate closely with partners to ensure a clear understanding of and team delivery against defined project scope.
• They will collaborate closely with creative and other team professionals in a fast-­paced, dynamic environment.

• Act as lead in a team of developers aligned to digital campaign support
• Codes and sets best practice approach for interactive HTML5 banners, Flash banners and HTML emails
• Works closely with the Manager on project assignments to ensure fit for talent-­to-­task
• Understands project objectives and requirements to deliver on intended design, user interaction and specifications
• Partners with team members to identify and resolve problems before there is a business impact to timing, budget or quality
• Is comfortable estimating work effort and owning project targets, assumptions and commitments
• Performs unit testing of all work
• Tracks time and proactive reports status on all tasks
