The Epic (Cogito) Reporting Manager, Clinical Applications is responsible for a group of analysts and report developers, leading them in the analysis, requirements, design, development, testing, enhancement, documentation, and ongoing support of reporting requests. These requests support the day to day/ongoing business and patient care processes within the health system. The Reporting Manager develops project work plans, work breakdown structures and schedules, and ensures project deliverables are consistent with the overall customer objectives and strategic plans. They will also be responsible in conjunction with the other BI teams in the evaluation, selection, and integration of new technologies and report development tools especially for customer self-service.

* Manage a team of 5 analysts, leading them in the analysis, requirements, design, development, testing, enhancement, documentation, and ongoing support of reporting requests. * Work with Department Leadership and key stakeholders to understand and analyze business and operational reporting needs, and coordinate Reporting team to meet those business needs. * Work in conjunction with other BI teams to evaluate, develop and integrate self-service reporting tools. * Facilitate and maintain efficient intake and governance of report requests

* Minimum of 5 years' experience as manager/lead of reporting/analytics team * Certified in Epic Cogito Project Management/Reporting Workbench/Radar or related Epic module * Knowledge of Epic Cogito Reporting Applications and Database Structure. * Knowledge of SQL and Data Warehouse structure very helpful * Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral), and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization * Product implementation experience * Minimum of 5 years managing projects in a healthcare setting * Demonstrated expertise with healthcare applications and understanding of the needs and priorities of patient care providers. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated expertise in project management, systems analysis, and customer relations
