Summary

A large healthcare client of ours in the tri-state area is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Secaucus, New Jersey location.

Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Heavy calendar management for several high-level executives
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts & emails
Ideal Candidate

Upon speaking with the hiring manager, this candidate should have heavy experience with calendar management, scheduling meetings and answering calls for high level IT staff.
