Summary
Technica Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Circuit Implementation Program Manager to assist with managing circuit activations, upgrades, moves and disconnects. Interact closely with TMs (Telecommunication Managers) and ETs (Electronics Technicians in the field to capture telecom infrastructure requirements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely implementation of circuit requests. Work closely with project stakeholders to implement site requirements, demarc extensions and special construction activities. Prepare circuit implementation packages consisting of circuit requests, price quotes, fund transfer requests, electronic communications, service manager requests and other project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage network provisioning lifecycle process including submitting Service Orders, tracking Order Receipt Acknowledgements, verifying Service Order Confirmations, acknowledging Firm Order Commitent Notices, and validating Service Order Completion Notices. - Support planning and execution activities to transition circuits from the current contract to the follow-on contract; major transition deliverables to include validating the baseline inventory, drafting agency transition plans, and submitting deliverables - Assist the customer Team Lead with managing circuit activations, upgrades, moves and disconnects - Gather and document project requirements while serving as the liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of circuit requests
Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of relevant work experience - Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI clearance (CI Polygraph) - Master's Degree - Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail - Experience gathering and documenting customer requirements, coordinating technical projects, creating project status updates, memos and meeting minutes - Effective verbal and written communications including preparing and delivering presentations and artifacts to customers and upper management - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and initiatives - Ability to synthesize input/data and quickly develop customer deliverables - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
