The Technical Project Manager for Software Development (“TPM”) is a key leadership position at Tech 2000, and is responsible for one or more development teams made up of Software Engineers, Application Architects, Designers and Testers. The TPM has development and support ownership for select applications and systems. This responsibility includes managing design, development, project management and the teams to support those applications. The TPM defines strategy, drives initiatives, and oversees the execution of development efforts, as well as delivery of releases in support of business driven initiatives. * Organize and participates in stand up meetings with management to determine the priority of opportunities * Provide high-level project oversight to teams to ensure development projects are delivered on time, within budget, and above preset standards. * Establish and maintain strong business partnerships internally and externally * Manage budget forecasting, and reporting. * Analyze current and new processes to identify the most effective and efficient way to complete objectives. * Create and maintain resource level and staffing plans to meet business project requirements.
