TeamSoft is seeking Helpdesk and Desktop Support specialists to join our clients around the Madison area. These individuals will provide technical assistance and support incoming issues related to software, hardware and other computer system issues. They will troubleshoot issues via phone, email, remotely or in person.
- Call center or help desk experience supporting a large number of business users
- Ability to problem solve and find solutions
- Associates or Bachelors in IT related field or equivalent work experience
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
- Basic troubleshooting experience
- Active Directory experience
- Experience with VPN
- Experience building, configuring PCs/Laptops
- Experience with ticketing systems
