Operations Support Analyst

Right now, the Tapingo Operations team is looking for an Operations Support Analyst. You will be working in a small, data-oriented team that works cross functionally throughout the organization (from engineering to marketing to logistics). The ideal person is a creative problem solver who gets excited by looking at vast amounts of information and extracting interesting stories from it. This person will be enthusiastic about tackling the biggest challenges facing on-demand delivery services – in particular, relatively untouched, massive datasets with very few prebuilt tools. They will drive efficiency and improve our processes by finding hidden opportunities within our data and developing ways to apply them.

* Develop scalable systems and tools to improve efficiency, drive growth, and ensure higher quality across the operations team * Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand and improve existing operational processes * Develop and test hypotheses about potential areas of improvement and growth * Perform queries, manipulate large datasets, and develop dashboards for internal operational reporting * Assist with development operations of the team

* Bachelor’s degree in CS/statistics/mathematics – or equivalent experience * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Object Oriented Programming * Proficiency in Python (Pandas & SKLearn are a plus) * Mastery of SQL * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment * Ability to ask and answer your own analytic questions
