Responsibilities
**MEP Project Manager:** Client-driven real estate development professional with commercial high-rise construction and project management including design and field installation of MEP systems. **Initial Project Assignment:** Developer project management support for Liberty Property Trust at the new 59-story, 1.8 million SF Comcast Innovation and Technology Center located at 1800 Arch Street in Center City Philadelphia.

**Qualification and Job Requirements:** * Applicant should have 10-20 years of professional experience in large-scale commercial high-rise projects. * Applicant must be well-rounded in all aspects of owner/developer project management including project, building systems, construction means/methods, and contractor administration. * Must be comfortable working as part of a large project management team. * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. * Background check and drug testing required. * Willingness to join a growing capital project consulting business with excellent history, reputation and growth potential **Language Skills:** * Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, architectural plans or governmental regulations. * Ability to write well-conceived reports, business correspondence and procedures. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. **Mathematical Skills:** * Education, experience and facility in all calculations related to the architectural, engineering and financial aspects of project management for building construction. **Reasoning Ability:** * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of discrete and indiscrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, plan or schedule form. **Internal and External Contacts:** * Interface regularly in both verbal and written form with all levels of client, tenants, employees and vendors regarding a wide range of project activities and other matters relating to Talson Solutions, the Project Team and the Client.Many matters handled may be of a confidential nature. **Other Skills and Abilities:** * Strong design and construction knowledge for high-rise office and hotel projects. * Strong knowledge and experience in working with local governments. * Strong working knowledge of sustainability initiatives and thinking. * Demonstrated commitment to customer service and a track record of exceeding customer and vendor expectations. * Self-starter but can function effectively as part of a team. * Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Well-developed analytical and interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) * Proven organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong problem solving skills. * Good judgment and influencing skills. **Computer Skills:** * To perform this job successfully, an individual should have prior experience with using Internet-based software applications, Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling programs, cost tracking programs and mobile/smartphone applications. **Physical Demands:** * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
