Large Fashion Company located in Long Island City seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an immediate permanent position.

* Responsible for recruitment, screening, selection and onboarding * Develop strong relationships with a variety of sources to identify, attract and recruit candidates * Source candidates and develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates * Identify and place targeted job advertisements and assess effectiveness * Create job postings and post to a variety of websites * Update job descriptions * Conduct New Hire Orientations * Participate in career fairs * Assist HR personnel in other duties * Special projects as needed

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience * 2-3 years of experience in Recruiting. Preferably in a fashion company * Proficient in a variety of sourcing techniques including social media, print and on-line recruitment * Experience with Taleo or other similar Applicant Tracking System is required * Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and excel in a high volume demanding environment * •Knowledge of Microsoft Office
