Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple deadlines and strong time management skills with the following:

* Degree in related field with 2-5 years experience within an agency or studio atmosphere * Knowledge of graphic design principles including typography, color and grids * Experience working with style guides and adhering to brand standards * Excellent graphic design and layout skills for print and digital marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, sell sheets, newsletters, banners, event invites & fliers as well as additional projects * Proficient with Adobe creative suite * Video editing skills preferred by not mandatory (Premiere, After Effects and/or Final cut Pro) * Experience working with an creative project management system * Attention to detail * Works well independently and is good under pressure * Deadline driven * Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas clearly * Knowledge of pre-press and print practices * Prepare files for vendors in accordance with industry standards * 14 Billingual [English/Spanish or English/Chinese] big plus * 15 Strong portfolio with variety of projects (newspaper ads, poster, flyers etc) * And finally, knowledge of designing for Flash/Java or Director all big pluses
